<p>This is a great lat superset.</p>
<p>It is a good way to train people to learn how to target their lats during a multijoint exercise.</p>
<p>Many people are unable to retract their scapula, relax the biceps and focus on the lats during rows or lat pulls.</p>
<p>This superset is also for advanced bodybuilders or weight trainers who really want to isolate the lats for a great pump.</p>
<p>First perform high cable rows with the cable pulling down at about a 45 degree angle.  Your shoulders should be completely square with the cable machine.</p>
<p>After a given number of reps turn so your shoulders are perpendicular to the machine.  It is important to keep your shoulders in this exact position for the rest of your reps.</p>
<p>Your lats should be burning real bad towards the end of this super-set.</p>
