Killer Back Workout Routine For Gaining Muscle And Burning Fat

I wanted to say thank you to all of my subscribers. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you guys. I have been busy with some stuff (my graduation is coming up) so that’s why there hasn’t been a video in the past few days. If you guys have a topic for a video, message it to me, and if it’s good enough, I’ll make it. Here is the back workout that I have been doing for the past year or so and have seen great results. This is a good workout for anyone that is a beginners or anyone else who has lifted before and is looking for a new workout. This entire workout takes about 30 minutes. Make sure you use a light weight if you are just starting so you can learn the proper form because you do not want to learn bad habits and lifting with those bad habits can cause injury – not to mention you won’t get the results you want. Enjoy this one guys.

Hi, in this video I show you how to do my ab routine for achieving a flat toned stomach and a strong core. My featured tip uses weights in order to expedite achieving strong abdominal muscles in less time while using traditional crunches. You don’t have to spend enormous amounts of time doing situp routines if you use proper form and concentrate on using your abdominal muscles properly. Please give it a try. You will see results! Remember good form is the key and so is consistency. I never leave the gym without doing my ab work. A strong core will help your back as well if you suffer from back problems. Be careful when adding weights to your routine if you have any type of neck or back injury. You don’t want to make it worse. Start with light weights if you are new to using weights. Killer Lats Exercise – Dual Iso Row Lat Pull back Exercises

This is a great lat superset.

It is a good way to train people to learn how to target their lats during a multijoint exercise.

Many people are unable to retract their scapula, relax the biceps and focus on the lats during rows or lat pulls.

This superset is also for advanced bodybuilders or weight trainers who really want to isolate the lats for a great pump.

First perform high cable rows with the cable pulling down at about a 45 degree angle. Your shoulders should be completely square with the cable machine.

After a given number of reps turn so your shoulders are perpendicular to the machine. It is important to keep your shoulders in this exact position for the rest of your reps.

Your lats should be burning real bad towards the end of this super-set.

Killer Home Back (Lats) Workout

Here is a killer 45 minute back workout that you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells and a pullup bar. This is an back (lats,latissimus dorsi)workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout.

Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don’t want to get injured.

Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout. Don’t hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last. I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can’t help it. Here is the workout:

Superset 1: Wide grip pullups and dumbbell rows
Superset 2: Alternating grip pullups and dumbbell pullovers
Superset 3: Narrow grip pullups and bent over dumbbell rows

Repeat the above 5-6 times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes. If you don’t like reconfiguring the dumbbells all the time you can also just do each superset combo 5X and then move on to the next combo. This workout should be done once every 5-7 days depending on your age.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
