    Sure you can workout opposing muscle groups on the same day. In fact, it’s a good idea for balance and injury prevention.

    For a very effective strength and conditioning routine, check out Crossfit (www.crossfit.com). I’ve been doing it for 2.5 years and it’s fantastic.
