    It can be if its endurance type cardio. Generally, the High Intensity Interval Training for 20 minute sessions is what many body builders advocate. This burns the most body fat and has the least impact on muscle mass

    no its not, if done correctly, but the body really doesn’t need that much cardio to be healthy , to much cardio can cause tissue(now found in marathon runners) and joint damage.
