    It’s best to do cardio in a fasted state (in the morning before you eat) because instead of using food you’ve been eating as fuel, it uses the fat stores for energy.

    that’s what happens so many times, most people concentrate on the upper body and negate the lower body

    ass to the ground squats –> best thing for legs and (to be honest it just works your whole body)
