		<description>&lt;b&gt;neither.. tat ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; neither.. tat basically means one of ur triceps is doing more work than the other.. do db exercises to address tis issue  and u can get back on those barbell exercises once both arms hav equal strength :)</description>
