you can do … you can do barbell-rows (if you have a barbell) or you can do dumbell-rows using the bench. the excercises are explained every where in the internet
neither.. tat … neither.. tat basically means one of ur triceps is doing more work than the other.. do db exercises to address tis issue and u can get back on those barbell exercises once both arms hav equal strength
stupid question but … stupid question but sometimes when i do the two hand one tricep will feel stronger than the other does that have anything to do with grip or position
