			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hi guys i do 5-8 types of workout/day and 4 times per week, is that considered alright? but i noticed most bodybuilding Magbooks recommend for at least 6-8 workouts per day. my weekly schedule as below:</p>
<p>Mon: lateral &amp; front raises, shoulder press, hammer curls, concentration curls, triceps push ups, triceps dips, standing reverse curls (total 8 workouts)</p>
<p>Tues: rest</p>
<p>Wed: flat chest presses &amp; flies, upright rows, shrugs, half squats (total 5 workouts)</p>
<p>Thurs: rest</p>
<p>Fri: same as Mon</p>
<p>Sat: rest</p>
<p>Sun: same as Wed but replace with incline chest presses &amp; flies, and dumbbell lunges instead of squats.</p>
<p>note: i can feel that my body is improving as i can add more weights to my dumbbells and perform more every time i step in the gym again. any good tips to share or should i switch my workout to a better one? i consider myself as a beginner because i&#8217;ve been doing this for only 2-3 months. yes i take <a href="http://www.solidbodybuilding.co.uk/High-Protein-c1.html" target=_self>Whey Protein</a> like Dymatize Iso100.</p>

<br />Even though you are doing several exercises in one day, it&#8217;s still considered to be just one workout or a single training session, and what you are doing is fine. You are taking rest days as well, which is very sensible, so you&#8217;re on the right track with it. As you get more advanced then you can increase what you do, and you should change your workout routine every 4-6 weeks anyway, as otherwise your body gets too used to the old routine.</p>

<p>This is what im thinking&#8230;</p>
<p>sunday cardio day<br />
monday chest/tricep<br />

friday legs/core<br />
saturday rest day?</p>
<p>im not positive thats a rough outline but i need help and i want the most details schedule u can come up with please take the time to help me! i need help and advice thanks!<br />
<br />I think that is a great schedule. No two local muscle in a row with rest and cardio days spacing things out. Just do at least 3 different exercises for each muscle group for a month, then do 3 different ones to mix things up. Oh, and do abs every day you lift!</p>

<br />It&#8217;s a good plan but just everytime you workout work your abs forearms and calves because they&#8217;re small muscles that you use all the time so you should always train them for the routine it sounds pretty good to me as long as you do the right amount of sets with repititions and you feel the burn then you will start gaining muscle and for the protein intake take some before during and after your workout and how that works is when you workout you rip the muscle to make it bigger and what fills that up and helps ur muscles repair is the amino acids in the protein so if u do that and work hard and eat right after a year you should be pretty buff just don&#8217;t get lazy if you ever got any questions about working out feel free to talk to me</p>
