It's a good plan but just everytime you workout work your abs forearms and calves because they're small muscles that you use all the time so you should always train them for the routine it sounds pretty good to me as long as you do the right amount of sets with repititions and you feel the burn then you will start gaining muscle and for the protein intake take some before during and after your workout and how that works is when you workout you rip the muscle to make it bigger and what fills that up and helps ur muscles repair is the amino acids in the protein so if u do that and work hard and eat right after a year you should be pretty buff just don't get lazy if you ever got any questions about working out feel free to talk to me
References :
I love to work out
