Heya mate. I have …
Heya mate. I have been doing a routine of Bicep Curls, Hammers and seated curls. Mainly for biceps.
I have been told not to do it everyday, cause I need to rest, otherwise the muscle will not grow.
I do it every other day. On the day of my routine my biceps hurt and feel worked. On the rest days – when I dont do routine, my biceps are fine, dont hurt and doesnt feel like I did it yesterday. Is it normal that the biceps dont hurt on rest days?
Or should I do it every day if it doesnt hurt?

Im sixteen and am …
Im sixteen and am currently doing the incline bicep curl all the way down, with a bar which is attached to a pully system. Should i continue to do this, and does this workout all aspects of my bicep.
