If you are trying to maintain what you have then this workout is great. If you are trying to increase mass then you need to do at least two days a week with each body part. So you don’t have to increase your workout time, I suggest increase weight, decrease reps and sets. Always slow and controlled. Eccentric action over concentric. References : phyiscal therapist
