Incline bench works the TOP of the chest, there’s no workout for the "outer" part, since it’s all one muscle: Pectoralis Major. You could try decline movements so you can drop your chest.
If you’re really serious about lifting weights, you should join a bodybuilding forum like I have.
he’s wrong, different exercises target different areas of that muscle.
If you want to work the very bottom of your chest you need to concentrate on decline bench, but this area is very hard to get at and you need very low bodyfat % to look like the guy in your picture.
To work in-between your pecs you need to use a wider grip or when your doing bench with dumbbells hold them out wider, but be careful, it’s very easy to injure your shoulders if you go out too far. References : Lifter

Pushups are the BEST for pecks.
