some good exercises that i have been doing is sit ups on an incline with a medicine ball also try laying on your back and raising your legs about two inches high the raise your arms up and down quickly and those should give you some amazing results and what an ass curious c just cause he is a male cheerleader doesn’t mean he is gay References : personal experience
parallel Dips are your best bet. They develop the Delts/Pecs and triceps as well as the lats tremendously.
I have been doing them for some time, and have increased weight around my waste to 30kg for 2 x 8. All the muscles I have mentioned have got really big.
BY FAR better than the Bench press.
Also, throw in some curls for the Bi’s
If you really wanna bulk the body, perform Deadlifts and maybe Squats or the Leg press.
Sets, no more that TWO per exercise and no more than TWO exercises per body part. 2-3 times per week. Do NOT train to failure, and add SMALL increments of weight each week.

First you should think about coming out of the closet. Also, chinups work very well, as well as weightlifting.

Do some chest workouts and biseps and triceps working out all those muscles is all upper body
