5kg= 11 pounds. if you are trying to actually build muscle mass you need heavier weights which you can buy for like 50 per pound or get a gym membership and a diet with extra protien and carbs. At you wight and hieght, you should start slowly and build up the wieght when you feel that you are ready. some exercises you can do with your dumbells are standing bicep curls, dumbell flys, squats, calf raises and shoulder shrugs. you should find a body-building website to learn more or talk to people that work out.
