You want to do more than 1 workout per muscle group. Otherwise you’ll be working out the same fibers of each muscle every time. The best thing you can do is google a website that helps with workouts incorporating different exercises. Or worst case scenario, find a big guy in the gym and talk to him. References :
If you want to build muscle, you need to give yourself more time to rest. I suggest having a day commited to a certain set of muscles.
For example, one day can be Biceps-shoulders-back, rest a day, then do legs and abs, rest a day, then do chest and triceps. That way you’re not overtraining your muscles and you’re working muscles that assist eachother on the same day.
make sure to listen to your muscles, don’t go lifting weights with those muscles if they’re still sore, you won’t make any gains if you overtrain. References : that three day split that i suggested is what I recently started doing. Although I include abs every workout
Your doing right in doing it all thrice weekly .I did a similar routine and found i gained more mass by hitting every muscle group in this way allowing a full days rest between sessions .One thing i would suggest is you vary the exercise for each body part .ie your only doing shoulder press which is not going to develop the shoulders fully .throw in some side lateral dumbbell raises and alternate with front raises etc etc .Your chest routine is a bit lacking also , try bench presses accompanied with the flyer’s .Hope this helps and good luck . yes its ok.
One very important point though
The slower the exercises are done the more effective the work out will be.
