    If you want to gain mass, your diet is more important than what exercises you do. As in, adding protein powder and eating more calories than you burn.

    For good strength training workouts, follow Arnold Schwarzenegger’s plan if you don’t have anything else to go by. There’s a lot of workouts out there formulated by people that don’t really know what they’re talking about, but The Governator is pretty well-known for going from really skinny to huge.
